Barefoot running- foot exercises.

After reading his book " Its not just about the bike", I have always been inspired by Lance Armstrong and his strength and determination to overcome obstacles. I religiously follow his website for advice and tips for running better. Sharing this link for all the barefooters/ non barefooters out there on some really useful foot exercises

  1. Have you read his second book, Priya. Will resonate very strongly with you as you train for yet another marathon. So much of what he has to say in the second book even we have gone through.
